I would like to know two pieces of data about manifest creation: 1) When a manifest is created 2) Who created it I would like to be able to retrieve this information for consumers who can have manifests.
This information has since been added to Candlepin (specifically the storing of manifest creation date and principal who created it), however it is not retrievable via the API (only through direct DB queries). Thus, we can provide this information to customers who open a case for it if need be. Since exposing this information on the API has not been requested for a while now, I am closing this as WONTFIX. If this becomes important again, please reopen.
