Cert error - shows the error produced by the server

Description of problem:

When I attempt to submit a certification to the production CaaS, it submits successfully, but it shows an error on the results page.

The error is as follows:

Some issues happend during validation, engineers has been informed to
investigate it .

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a software product - success
2.Create a certification for that product - success
3.Submit an image for certification - submission successful
4.Certification results - failure - gives an error :
"Some issues happend during validation, engineers has been informed to
investigate it ."
(really minor bug in here too, but "happend" should be spelled "happened")

Actual results:
"Some issues happend during validation, engineers has been informed to
investigate it ."

Expected results:

Failure of certification or pass of certification.
