Description of problem: libcutl fails to update if xsd is installed. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.10.0-1.fc23.x86_64 xsd-4.0.0-10.fc23.x86_64 How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Make sure that xsd-4.0.0-10.fc23.x86_64 and libcutl-1.9.0-5.fc23.x86_64 are installed. 2. dnf -y update Actual results: Dnf skips updating libcutl and libcutl-devel, saying that there are broken dependencies. Downloading the updated rpms and trying to update them using rpm -Fvh, produces the error: error: Failed dependencies: libcutl-1.9.so()(64bit) is needed by (installed) xsd-4.0.0-10.fc23.x86_64 Expected results: libcutl updates without problem and xsd is updated to a newer version that uses the updated version of libcutl. Additional info:
xsd was rebuilt for the update to libcutl, but it appears that the required buildroot override wasn't in place and so it needs to be rebuilt again so that libcutl 1.10 can be used.
