Last modified: 2016-01-15 18:24:40 EST
Description of problem:
gr-air-modes does not work for me on F23 with RTL2832U receiver.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0-0.39.20140312gitcc0fa180.fc23.x86_64
How reproducible: always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. attach RTL2832U USB receiver
2. run: modes_rx -s osmocom -g 50 -T 10
Following error is displayed:
thread[thread-per-block: <block preamble (8)>]: pmt_symbol_to_string: wrong_type : ()
The above error is actually exception in a thread, which prevents the program from running correctly
Program runs correctly and displays decoded ADS-B messages
This is fixed in upstream by this commit:
I applied this patch, and it fixed the error.
