Description of problem:
When I try to add products to the Test Server via RedHat Certification Catalog, hit error likes:
"Error:[errno-3]Temporary failure in name resolustion", but the Test server can access the "hardware.redhat.com" via web and can ping well.

Additional info:
1.I can add product by "create product on this server"
2.I was using account "maze" to login the hardware.redhat.com.
