Description of problem:
While working with katello pages:
After choosing a value from a suggestion box (e.g. a suggested field to filter on) the suggestion box disappears, but does not reappear with the refreshed suggestion (e.g. "name ="). Thus user needs to start 'blindly' typing the rest next part of the query or move the focus out of the search bar and re-focus it again.
Same thing happens on typing a query, then deleting it completely (no suggestion bar on empty search field).

Looking at the behaviour ofForeman search bar, the suggestion box is visible *always* as there is a match.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to any katello entity page (e.g. Products) - preferably create some entities first
2. click (focus) the search bar
3. click any of the suggestions
4. Now, the suggestion bar disappears but it should just reload with new suggestions
5. now try to delete whole query
6. Suggestion box doesn't care either
7. click the button outside the search bar and click into it again (focus it)
8. Suggestion box appears again

- I recommend comparing the behavior with any foreman page search box (e.g. Infrastructure -> Compute profiles)

Suggestion box doesn't reload properly

Expected results:
It should follow the same behavior as the Foreman one
