Description of problem:
Checkbox issue while selecting a Resource Pool while creating or editing a Group

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.4.4.2.20151130143928_89a28ce

How reproducible:
Very

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add or Edit a Group
2. Select a single Resource Pool in "Hosts & Clusters" in "Assigned Filters" section
3. Save the role and verify the Resource pool permission

Actual results:
Resource Pool checkbox will be unchecked and the Clusters Checkbox is checked.  Refer the screenshot for more details

Expected results:
1. Resource Pool checkbox should be check
2. Cluster checkbox should be checked and greyed
