Description of problem:
Missiing CFME in the browser title when clicked on any RSS feed

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.4.4.2.20151130143928_89a28ce

How reproducible:
Very

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Cloud Intelligence ==> RSS
2. Click on any of the RSS link
3. Observe the browser title

Actual results:
Missing CFME: RSS, displays the "feedTitleText" as Browser title.  Refer the screenshot for further details

Expected results:
Should display "CFME:RSS" as browser title
