Description of problem:
When requesting the retirement of a service, the request is actually ran by admin instead of the user requesting it, making tenant automation for that not run.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.5.0.13

How reproducible:
all the time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. instanciate a service as non-admin user
2. retire the service as the same non-admin user

Actual results:
after being instanciated, the request is ran by admin.

Expected results:
after being instanciated, the request is ran by the user.

Additional info:
see log extract attached ; the ID of the users shows the problem
