Description of problem: No output from either the vga or hdmi ports of laptop using Fedora 23 Xfce. This machine dual boots F23 / Windows 10. Output works in Windows 10. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): xorg-x11-drv-intel-2.99.917-16.20150729.fc23.x86_64 How reproducible: All the time. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Connect external monitor/tv to either vga or hdmi ports. 2. Turn on laptop. 3. Actual results: Only built in display works. External monitor "No Signal". Expected results: External monitor/tv plus built in display working. Additional info: Machine has Intel Core i7-6500U Processor with integrated Intel HD Graphics 520. 4Gb PC3L-12800 DDR3L 1600MHz ram.
