Description of problem: Puppet 4.0 is incompatible with older puppet servers. Some tools on the server side (e.g. Foreman) are still not compatible with puppet 4. → Fedora based systems can't be managed with widely used puppet-server versions. There used to be a downgrade option but the package was deleted: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=630059 How reproducible: dnf downgrade puppet - > no older version available.
This message is a reminder that Fedora 23 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 23.
