Description of problem:

 No valid error message when database region setup fails.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

5.5.0.13

How reproducible:
10=%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. rm -rf  /var/opt/rh/rh-postgresql94/lib/pgsql/data/
2. appliance_console
3. "7" => "1"

Actual results:


It is recommended to use a new database or backup the existing database first.
Warning: SETTING A DATABASE REGION WILL DESTROY ANY EXISTING DATA AND CANNOT BE
UNDONE.

Setting Database Region to: 1
Are you sure you want to continue? (Y/N): y
Setting Database Region...  This process may take a few minutes.

Database region setup failed.

Error code or a message with actual error described.

Additional info:

Yes I know it's not a good idea the remove the PG directory, but it may happen in real life... and it happened to me by accident. :)

The appliance_console's error reporting has been improved since this BZ was reported.

Can you please confirm if this is still an issue?

A lot changes have been made to the appliance_console since this issue was
reported. I am unable to recreate this issue. I am marking it CLOSED/WORKSFORME

Please reopen and provide more details if this issue can be recreated.
