Description of problem:
After upgrading from fedora 22 to fedora 23, fedora is still using python 2.7 as default python

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fedora 22 with python 2.7 default
2. Upgrade through dnf system-upgrade to fedora 23
3. python still points to python2.7

This is expected.
