Description of problem: Tree does not update with refresh


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.5.2.1


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. As an example, add a rhos provider
2. Navigate to the instance using the tree on the Clouds -> Instances page
3. Shelve the instance
4. Wait for a bit (~60s)
5. Click the refresh button

Actual results:  The instance page details are updated but the tree remains out of sync.

Expected results: The tree should update also.
