On a vSphere CFME appliance, the OS for a ManageIQ template is listed as RHEL 6
On a RHEV CFME appliance, the OS for a ManageIQ template is listed as Unknown

Greg,

I ran Smart state analysis on the ManageIQ image for RHEV  and a ManageIQ VM running on a RHEV provider,

OS for the VM is correctly listed as  CentOS Linux release 7.2.1511 (Core).
OS for the template is still Unknown.

Greg,

Sorry,OS for the template is Other,although it does have the Cent OS icon.
Refer to the attached screen shot.

This bug has been open for more than a year and is assigned to an older release of CloudForms. 

If you would like to keep this Bugzilla open and if the issue is still present in the latest version of the product, please file a new Bugzilla which will be added and assigned to the latest release of CloudForms.
