Description of problem:
Using TAB to switch between secondary menu under Browse, it's hard to identify the words since tab selection color is close to background color

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open project overview page 
2. Use tab to select secondary menu in Browse

Actual results:
2. When use tab to select secondary menu, it is hard to identify the selected text(see attachment)

Expected results:
2. selected text should be clear to see

Added focus styles to correct bug

checked on latest origin devenv-rhel7_3313, this has been fixed, will check again once ON_QA

verified on devenv-rhel7_3335, new focus style works well, move to verified
