Description of problem:
Pcs web UI displays menu on login/sing in page for not logged in users. It seems not necessary because it works only for authenticated users.

pcs-0.9.143-15.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the login page of pcs web UI.

Actual results:
Menu is displayed for not logged in users.

Expected results:
Menu is displayed only for logged in users.

After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release.  Therefore, it is being closed.  If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.
