Description of problem: From POC engineeer "nstance C&U Is not Generating any Graphs"

How reproducible:  After ensureing that there is data populated for C&U reporting, use and IE 11 browser to generate C&U graphs

Expected results: grapsh should be presented just as with Chrome or FireFox

I am unable to reproduce this issue upstream, in Nandini's 5.4 appliance, or by running from source on the 5.4.2.0 tag.

unfortunately neither do I have access to such an environment and I have not personally seen this particular failure.  Sorry.
