Install from RHCS-I ISO pops up error about missing package

1. Boot from specific RHCI ISO
2. Press Begin Installation

You have specified that the package 'ruby193-rubygem-fusor_ui' should e installed.  This package does not exist.  Would you like to ignore the package and continue with installation? (Yes/No)

Expected results:

Successful installation

Additional info:

Replying yes results in similar message for 'fusor-initial-setup', then 'python-paramiko'
Replying no results in system rebooting to ISO menu.  Since the new default is the Test this media & install Red Hat Cloud Infrastructure 6.0, this results in a loop.
