Description of problem:

Under "Config" -> "Puppet Classes" -> Select a Class -> Go to "Smart Variables" tab, the weblink "Help! What is a Smart variable?" is broken.  Goes to 404 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Satellite 6.1.5

How reproducible:

Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to link as above
2. Click on Link
3. Receive 404

Actual results:

As above

Expected results:

Documentation on Smart Variables is displayed

This change has also been requested in BZ#1289540, which will be used to track the work on this issue.
