Description of problem:

On first entry to "Subscription Management Application", a radio button is selected but Next is not enabled.

RHCI-6.0-RHEL-7-20160125.t.0

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHCS-I ISO
2. Log in to run launch-fusor-installer
3. Start deploying (up to Subscription Management Application)
4. Upon entry to page, notice Next button

Actual results:

Radio button selected
Next button not enabled

Expected results:

Either radio button not selected or Next button enabled


Additional info:

Workaround:
Select another row, then select back to enable Next button

Currently does not start with a selected option.
