command "vagrant reload" doesn't end on RHEL-7, need to kill it to continue test.
On windows 7 and 10 no problem

Note: I created this issue as cdk bug, because just now I have no time to investigate further (and it's not a blocker).
This is probably problem with vagrant, libvirt or kvm.

@Ondrej Can you please verify it again with latest beta5 (let us know if you are able to reproduce it). Otherwise please close it with 'WorksforMe' flag.
