Search area

Description of problem:
  There is search button in the upper right corner which suggest "What're we looking for?", but it doesn't work (doesn't search anything).
  What is the purpose of this "functionality"?

I quickly searched in a design document and couldn't find any description of this feature. Could you provide a link to the description based on which this feature will be implemented?

Since we are providing local search most of the places, we have removed the global search. The change should be available in next build.

checking with UX on whether global search was in USM design..

Global search was removed. There is unanswered question if global search should be there or not. Moving this BZ to Assigne to talk about it later. --> Assigned

Global search removed after discussion with UX team. We are not planning to support this.
