Please make sure in the CCSP user guide[1], there is a download section which links to [2] and [3].

There are partners who are using RHUI and they can't enable subscription hence, there is no way they can download content via usual RHN/CDN method. So we need to make sure they can access the packages and do direct download from this link[2]

We figured that doc already addressed it but perhaps sent the user to a generic list of packages and not the particular one i.e. redhat-certification and redhat-certification-cloud. 

So I will go ahead and close this bug and during the next release we will address to how to point partner to particular section.
