Additional info: The workaround to fix this is to downgrade the packages: # sudo yum downgrade openssl-libs-1.0.1e-42.el7_1.9.x86_64 openssl-1.0.1e-42.el7_1.9.x86_64 # sudo yum downgrade gnutls-3.3.8-12.el7_1.1 And then relaunch the installation which finishes with success.
This bug did not make the OSP 8.0 release. It is being deferred to OSP 10.
