Description of problem:
The kdebase3 package conflicts with the latest version (15.12.1-2.fc23) of the kwrite package.

2. dnf install kdebase3

Both packages are installed.


Additional info:
After uninstalling the kdebase3* packages, which are apparently no longer required by any of my installed packages, kwrite installed fine.

Kwrite is not listed among the Fedora components. Kdebase3 is probably the correct place to report this bug, but someone should probably also look into addding kwrite as a Fedora component. I'd enter it as a bug for kwrite myself, but...
