The reposdir option is too hard to discover in the current documentation.

In the yum documentation at https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/15/html/Deployment_Guide/sec-Configuring_Yum_and_Yum_Repositories.html it is given clear treatment in an obvious location, but it is nearly impossible to discover in the current dnf documentation.

Copying the description from the yum documentation (with tweaks) into the dnf documentation would address this.
