Description Xingxing Xia 2016-02-03 09:02:24 UTC
Description of problem:
In web console pages, documentation links should point to "dedicated" related.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OpenShift Dedicated

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login on web console against OpenShift Dedicated 3.1 env.

2.Check all the links to docs on pages
2.1.Check the "Documentation" link on the nav bar.
2.2.Check the "Learn more" link under tab "Configuration" on the "https://<serverurl>/console/project/<projectname>/browse/builds/<buildconfig>" page.
2.3.Check the "Learn more" link on the "https://<serverurl>/console/project/<projectname>/browse/deployments/<deploymentconfig>" page.

Actual results:
2. All the links point to the doc for openshift enterprise 3.x

Expected results:
2. All the links should point to the doc for OpenShift Dedicated.
E.g. 2.1 should point to https://docs.openshift.com/dedicated/3.1/welcome/index.html (This url exists)

FYI https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1445215 verified the issue of this bug in ded-stage-aws env. Checked other ded envs ded-int-gcp and ded-stg2-aws, the former has no the issue, but the latter still has the bug
