Description of problem:
In business-central, Administration section, if you click on some package, it is expanded only after second click

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the administration section in business-central
2. Click on a package - it doesn't expand
3. Click on a package one more time - it does expand

Actual results:

Package is expanded only after 2nd time you click on it

Expected results:

Package is expanded after 1st time you click on it
