i apologise, customer did not have the correct subscriptions on the account i registered with. Assumptions can be a problem sometimes. In hind site it might be worth a note about checking subscriptions in the troubleshooting section. If not feel free to close.
Hi Ken, Thank you for raising this bug. In the Red Hat Satellite 6.2 documentation, we have provided a similar set of steps, but have also provided more information on general channels and subscriptions to the Release Notes as well.
