There's no DNF package on PyPi.

As a member of the python community, developer on projects that are cross-distro and require virtual environments for tests (that may not run on Fedora) I'd like to see `DNF` uploaded to Pypi as any other Python Project.

In addition to the above, I believe it's super useful, even when running things on Fedora, to have the package uploaded there and be able to install it using `pip`.

Hope this can be done easily and that DNF's dependencies can be sorted out so that it can be uploaded to PyPi.

Hi,

Unfortunately, we don't have enough resources at this time to create and maintain such a package. I'm also afraid that not all of the dnf dependencies could be uploaded to PyPi (like rpm which is written in C). Anyway, if you still think you'd make use of dnf (the pieces written in Python) being uploaded to PyPi, you're welcome to do so :)
