Description of problem:
When setting your redis instance to use a password, redis-shutdown script will fail to shutdown the instance

1. systemctl stop redis
2. systemctl status redis
3. Watch it fail

Bug reported by a community member, I fixed it in the Fedora package, you just need to cherry-pick this commit. Feel free to reassign this ticket to me.
