Description Bertil Askelid 2004-08-21 17:35:31 UTC
Description of problem:

Booting with a LinkSys USB200M connected. usbnet fails to pick up the
LinkSys:

Aug 21 09:46:59 pop kernel: USB Universal Host Controller Interface
driver v2.2
Aug 21 09:46:59 pop kernel: PCI: Found IRQ 5 for device 0000:00:07.2
Aug 21 09:46:59 pop kernel: PCI: Sharing IRQ 5 with 0000:00:08.0

Aug 21 09:47:00 pop kernel: hub 1-0:1.0: 2 ports detected

After reboot, I disconnect and then reconnect the LinkSys. Now it
works (sort of, spurious timeouts and error at connect)

Comment 1 Dave Jones 2005-04-16 05:55:58 UTC
Fedora Core 2 has now reached end of life, and no further updates will be
provided by Red Hat. The Fedora legacy project will be producing further kernel
updates for security problems only.

If this bug has not been fixed in the latest Fedora Core 2 update kernel, please
try to reproduce it under Fedora Core 3, and reopen if necessary, changing the
product version accordingly.

Thank you.
