Description of problem:
  Tab "Logs" on each Task detail page leads to empty page (just with logo and menu, main area is blank).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
  rhscon-ceph-0.0.6-2.el7.x86_64

  rhscon-ui-0.0.11-1.el7.noarch


How reproducible:
  100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In USM web UI accept few nodes, create cluster and some storage.
2. Go to the "Tasks" page (flag icon in the upper right corner -> See All)
3. Click on "Details" for some tasks.
4. Click on "Logs" tab on the task detail page

Actual results:
  It leads to blank page.

Expected results:
  It will show logs related to the selected task
