Our docs don't currently state the upstream versions of Kubernetes and Docker that are in use. Confirm with Engineering Contacts as to what versions will make the OSE 3.2 dev cut. It will be Kube 1.2 and Docker 1.9.

Check the https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/pull/1593/files the docker version is 1.9 the k8s version is 1.2. Move this issue to VERIFIED.
