Description of problem:
I cannot access to my repository with "403 Forbidden" error.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open  https://copr-be.cloud.fedoraproject.org/results/hnakamur/luajit/epel-6-x86_64/00156247-luajit/ in a browser.

Actual results:
I got the status "403 Forbidden"

Expected results:
I get the status "200 OK" and I can access to my repository.

Just now I confirmed I can access to my repository.
