Description of problem:
Current kernel is 4.3.5-300.fc23 last module is 4.2.3-300.fc23

Fedora does not provide or support third party kernel module packages.  Also, this bugzilla component is for the modules-init-tools replacement called kmod.  It is not for separate kernel device drivers.
