This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.

In %setup:

grep: /usr/include/claws-mail/common/version.h: No such file or directory

Missing (actually, commented-out) BuildRequires: claws-mail-devel.  OTOH, this grep isn't used for anything, so just comment out the entire line.

No, please don't.

Read the top of the spec file. Also view the %build section, which is the reason for the failing build:
