This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle. Changing version to '24'. More information and reason for this action is here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Program_Management/HouseKeeping/Fedora24#Rawhide_Rebase
/usr/include/c++/6.0.0/bits/basic_string.h: In function 'double std::__cxx11::stod(const string&, std::size_t*)': /usr/include/c++/6.0.0/bits/basic_string.h:5443:31: error: 'strtod_ASL' is not a member of 'std' { return __gnu_cxx::__stoa(&std::strtod, "stod", __str.c_str(), __idx); } ^~~ Looks like there is a #define strtod strtod_ASL somewhere which needs to go away or be renamed.
pcpa's coin-or-Couenne-0.5.6-1.fc25 completed http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=746097
The problem was in the mp package, that had some 199x code and was incorrectly detecting the environment, and thinking it should provide a strtod function. Successfully waited 1:03 for coin-or-Couenne-0.5.6-1.fc25 to appear in the rawhide repo
