running Xconfigurator or mouseconfig doesnt setup
3 button emulation for two button ps2 mouse. Seen
on a dell inspiron 3500, with a ps2 2 button touch
pad. 

adding:        

Option      "ChordMiddle" "1"
Option      "Emulate3Buttons" "1"

Seems to make it work.

Ehm, it works fine for me if you select emulate 3 buttons, this isn't however
done automaticly for 2 button mice like anaconda does, I'll add a seperate bug
for that.
