This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.

drvdxf.cpp:548:45: error: size of array 'LayerTable' is not an integral constant-expression

This is PR69688, fixed in gcc-6.0.0-0.11.fc24.  Package built without further modifications; closing.
