Patch to address this issue

The origin of this FTBFS is a missing/mal-placed whitespace in configure.*

I am proposing the patch (against git master) in the attachment.

Unless somebody objects, I intend to apply this patch in near future.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.
