Description of problem:
When running engine-setup during an upgrade, the Configuration Preview section displays values which may not be up to date. This may cause confusion for the user.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:

1- Run engine-setup for a new installation and set "Default SAN wipe after delete" to NO

2- Run engine-config --set SANWipeAfterDelete=true 

3) Run service ovirt-engine restart

4) Run engine-setup for a second time.

When running engine setup for a second time the Configuration preview shows:

Default SAN wipe after delete           : False

You should update both the database and post install file if you want to not cause confusion. In any case this should not affect any upgrades.
