Document category is redundant in non-English locales,
and breaks translations.

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 gnome-file-types-properties
2. And watch it
3.
  
Actual results:
Category 'Document' redundant

Expected results:
One 'Document' category should be there.

Additional info:
Never happens on MS Windows you love.

This property page should be gone from fc3.  If you upgrade to 2.7.1,
it shouldn't appear.
