Description Lukáš Czerner 2016-02-19 15:30:28 UTC
Description of problem:

pylibmount is not yet part of the RHEL7 release of util-linux. Please backport it. It is needed for a resolution of Bug 1134680, where we want ssm to be able to automatically add/remove fstab entries as a part of creating/mounting or removing volumes.

Thanks Karel :)

Comment 1 Karel Zak 2016-03-23 14:35:36 UTC
Unfortunately, the difference between libmount in RHEL7 and version required for the python binding is so huge that I'd like to avoid any backport.

The solution is wait for RHEL8 ;-) Sorry.
