Can you try if http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=13068772 works on an EPEL7 system. Especially if the upgrade from 1.11 to 1.15 succeeds?

Comment 2 Orion Poplawski 2016-02-22 23:30:49 UTC
