Description of problem:
When a Mac Address pool range is created for the datacenter, the user is then not able to edit/delete this one.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-3.6.0-0.0.master.20150804111407.git122a3a0.el6.noarch

How reproducible:
100 %

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add Mac Address Pool range to Datacenter from Datacenter > Edit
2. Try editing/deleting this last from Datacenter > Edit

Actual results:
Not possible to edit/delete Mac Address Pool range for datacenter

Expected results:
Possible to edit/delete Mac Address Pool range for datacenter

We plan to remove the macpool from the DC (on the path to eliminate DC altogether), so even your step (1) is not going to be available.

We limit the ability to edit MAC pools to the system level, since they are a system-wide object, that might be shared by multiple DCs. We do not want the admin of a single DC to change someone else's DC.
