Description of problem: While watching log in management console, user needs to scroll manually all the time. There is a "Follow" button to start following the log. There is a bug that this button doesn't always show up when its supposed to, the fix for that is going in today. If you scroll down a little bit you should see it appear. If the log has already completed this button becomes "Go to end" instead.
