dashboards for deleteted tenants

Description of problem:
After deleting a CF tenant dashboard artifacts still remain. (See screenshot). When a tenant is deleted these should be cleaned up. The weird thing is that you can still create dashboards for deleted tenants.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Delete a tenant from CF
2. Navigate to Cloud Intelligence / Reports / Dashboards


Actual results:
tenant access still shows up in the list

Expected results:
Expected not to see any of the deleted tenants here.

Also,
There does not seem to be a way to remove them in the dashboards in the UI.
