Description of problem:
The pop-up window with currently running tasks has 'Refresh' button, but after click on the button the window is closed.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open tasks pop-up window
2. Click on 'Refresh' button

Actual results:
Pop-up window is closed instead of refreshing tasks list in it.

Expected results:
Pop-up window is still opened only the list of running tasks is reloaded.
